A native Rhode Islander Gian grew up in the historic and elegant neighborhood of Edgewood, Cranston where he also resides now. For nearly 20 years, Gian's family owned a restaurant where he learned many valuable life lessons. As a young professional, he embarked on the personal property appraisal field which later led to a strong interest in real estate.

Gian has been in the world of real estate for the last eight years as both an appraiser and a sales associate. He has performed work from Newport to Pascoag and prides himself on being familiar with every corner of this beautiful state. For him, it’s a passion, and prides himself in the help he delivers to his clients as best he can and in any capacity.
