Meet Katie

There is a certain level of knowledge and expertise that comes along with being a lifelong resident of Southern Rhode Island. The subtle distinctions between the different towns and neighborhoods; the certain "feel" that is created and intangible value that can determine what makes one property more favorable than the other, are skills that can take a lifetime of personal experience to forge. Katie Holland, a URI graduate, grew up in South County Rhode Island, and has since raised four of her own children with her husband, Steve, and has developed an appreciation for what it means to live in such a remarkable area. This knowledge is invaluable when it comes to helping her clients purchase and sell properties in her back yard and she does so with the utmost professionalism.

Prior to entering the Real Estate business, Katie cultivated a successful career in the Healthcare IT field, including Project Management, and continued work as a Consultant.

While not working to help her clients, Katie enjoys spending time with her family, and exercising, and can likely be found at any one of the local sporting fields, courts, or courses with her family.
