Steve Alviti comes from a background in engineering, building, and manufacturing. He, like his father, and his father before him, has always taken pride in property ownership. He grew up in a family of hard-working entrepreneurs managing both residential and commercial properties from a very young age.

Steve studied ocean engineering and coastal construction just down the street from us at the University of Rhode Island’s very own bay campus in Narragansett. Growing up around the amazing properties in southern Rhode Island has fueled his passion for real estate. He shares that same energy with his clients in every transaction.
