First of all, thank you for all your support, and especially for trusting Edge Realty to handle your real estate needs. As we ring in 2023, we're taking a look back at what we've accomplished in 2022, and we wouldn't have been able to do any of it without you. Happy New Year!
We've made a couple of new waves this year, including expanding our operations into Massachusetts and Connecticut. Our personal favorite listing in Massachusetts from this year is 1147 Russells Mills Road in Dartmouth!
Over the course of this year, we have had 217 transactions and reached an average sale price of $711,000! Our biggest sale was made by our top producing agent, Alex Fraioli, with this 2.6 Million dollar listing in the heart of Newport.
