Begin your day with a rejuvenating sunrise yoga class at the Hilltop Lodge at The Preserve Resort & SPA, allowing the tranquil surroundings to enhance your practice.

Following the yoga session, embark on a refreshing morning hike across the expansive grounds, connecting with the natural beauty that surrounds you.

Cost to Nature & Nourish: Hiking and Yoga with the OH! Spa:

$35 for non-members and

$25.00 for members and in house.

Note: Outdoor adventure hike is complimentary for guests of the Yoga class.
